SideJobList.com was created by me Abel, aka “MrSideJob”, in the bedroom of my apartment. I started out with a need just like anyone else, “I need money”. From time to time I would find a side job here and there and it would pay quite well. These side jobs wouldn’t come on any predictable schedule so I couldn’t depend on them for steady money. So I searched the internet for sites that catered to my needs. Unfortunately the sites that I found were few and underdeveloped. At first I was a little disappointed but then realized that this was an opportunity to help myself and others. I knew that I wasn’t the only one looking for a side job; I had friends and family looking for them too. With very little web programming abilities, I challenged myself to create a website that not only would list side jobs but would do it in a way that would be easy and simple for everyone to use. It was no small undertaking; little did I know that it would take almost 2 years to build. I am very satisfied and confident with SideJobList.com and I will continue to improve it as it grows.
